The current seasons of American Idol (season 8) and So You Think You Can Dance are featuring many of the tracks from Liquid Cinema for the audition episodes, bio and background clips.
Throughout the audition episodes of both American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance, much of the music used in the bio and background clips was scored with Liquid Cinema. Cinematic Hip Hop, Cinematic Drama and Emotion, and Cinematic Contemporary Action were all put to incredible use throughout both series.

Targeting the Tween market, Marti is a pretty cool kid herself by collaborating with some of the best-known songwriters for the hip tween crowd, Ron Bolton and Jim Studer. Together this band of musicians and composers utilized their talents on guitar and keyboards, and added trumpets, trombones, banjos, ukeleles, percussion and some rising-star singers to create a very cool, very hip kids and tweens project.

Aussie composer and technologist Mars Lasar, who joined ASCAP in 2006, has had a unique career that has influenced the evolution of technology and its relationship to music and composing. Lasar recently developed a new software system called Quantum Tracks, released by leading production music library APM Music, that is expected to change how editors work music into their audio-visual projects. ASCAP's Shawn LeMone recently talked to Lasar about his career and this exciting new technology and music library.
