Modern technology allows for full symphony orchestras to live inside of your computer, but what about the instruments that are less common? These sounds might be familiar to your ear, but their histories are less well-known.

A Jazz Fusion group out of Paris called The Harlem Pop Trotters came together for a late-night recording session at La Comédie des Champs-Elysées in 1975. The resulting album of twelve tracks is a masterpiece and a great representation of the genre and era.
