Oscar Nominations 2023: Everything All at Once Leads Nominations with 11

On Tuesday, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced the nominees for the 95th Academy Awards. Leading the pack is the multiverse drama Everything Everywhere All at Once, with 11 nominations, including Best Picture and Best Director for the team of Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwan. 

For Best Actress in a Leading Role, Michelle YeohCate BlanchettAna De ArmasAndrea Riseborough, and Michelle Williams received nominations for Everything Everywhere at All at Once, TarBlonde, To Leslie, and The Fabelmans, respectively.

Meanwhile, Austin Butler, Colin FarrellBrendan FraserPaul Mescal, and Bill Nighy got nods for their roles in Elvis, The Banshees of Inisherin, The WhaleAftersun, and Living, respectively.

In the music category, Lady Gaga and Rihanna were both nominated for best original song for their songs in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Top Gun: Maverick.

Allison Williams and Riz Ahmed announced the nominations.

The Academy Awards will take place on Sunday, March 12, at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles. The ceremonies will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and will be televised live on ABC.
