Hal David Gets His Star on the Walk of Fame
APM Music congratulates legendary Academy Award-winning songwriter, Hal David, on his Hollywood Walk of Fame Star!
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce honored songwriter, Hal David, with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today, in front of The Musicians Institute at 6752 Hollywood Boulevard. Hal David will also be honored with a musical tribute entitled “Love Sweet Love” in celebration of his 90th birthday on Monday, October 17th, at the Mark Taper Forum to help benefit The Blue Ribbon of the Music Center and The ASCAP Foundation.
Along with songs like "Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on my Head," "This Guy’s in Love With You" and "I'll Never Fall in Love Again," among many others, Academy Award-winning lyricist Hal David has also written for APM Music over the years.
