APM Music Marks the Boardwalk Empire Era

APM Music is thrilled to contribute scene-stealing music to help mark the era of the Emmy Award-winning HBO series, Boardwalk Empire!

Boardwalk Empire is a television series set in Atlantic City, New Jersey, during the Prohibition era. It stars Steve Buscemi as Enoch "Nucky" Thompson. The show was adapted by Emmy Award-winning screenwriter and producer, Terence Winter (of The Sopranos), from a book by Nelson Johnson about historical criminal kingpin, Enoch "Nucky" Johnson, entitled Boardwalk Empire: The Birth, High Times, and Corruption of Atlantic City.

Since the launch of the series in September of 2010, APM Music has licensed over 30 authentic period pieces from APM's KPM, Sonoton, Kosinus and CPM libraries into this hit show.

Styles include: romantic nostalgic solo piano, fairground organ waltz, 1920's Dixie jazz, ragtime, 1917 good time jazz, stride piano, musical box pieces, and so much more!
