CPM is the new name for Carlin Production Music.  Since the recent acquisition by Warner/Chappell this label is undergoing a revolutionary transformation, a new and exciting production team introduces a fresh roster of composers and artists to complement your favourite current writers.

CPM is based in London and was set up in 1988 with the aim of covering the widest range of musical genres to the highest possible production standards. Twenty three years on and now based in the heart of Soho, this comprehensive and highly regarded catalogue continues to build and grow with many cutting edge projects in production.

CPM comprises 3 series:
The rapidly expanding Main Series (CAR prefix).  By commissioning the UK’s premier composers and musicians and recording in the finest studios, including the world famous Abbey Road and Air Lyndhurst, the best possible contemporary content continues to be created.  If you want the authentic UK sound, look no further.

Archive Series (CAS prefix)  A fantastic collection of vintage American recordings, from the 20’s to the 60’s, have been painstakingly restored, re-mastered and re-compiled to create a superb new Archive series.  This material represents the history of early American television and encompasses many genres including Hollywood glamour, Sci-Fi, Horror, Drama, Westerns, Cartoons and Newsreel.

Classical Series (CLASS prefix) The world’s best known and loved classical pieces featuring the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the London Symphony Orchestra as well as various soloists and the Kings Consort, all recipients of a host of the highest classical music awards.
